When you arrive, our friendly staff will greet you with a smile and help you complete any necessary paperwork. Initial paperwork can be filled out online beforehand with our easy to use forms.
Don’t forget to bring – ID and insurance information to your first visit.
Your initial appointment will involve a comprehensive exam with the dentist to discuss your dental history and any concerns you may have.
At Meridian Dental, we take the time to listen to you and understand past dental experiences. This allows us to get to know you and exactly what you need.
A thorough examination, including X-rays if needed, will follow to assess your overall oral health. We’ll then complete a dental cleaning and discuss any treatment recommendations or follow up appointments if needed
After the appointment at check out we will give a treatment plan discussing the cost for any pending or needed treatment, we will take co-pays and schedule appointments at this time as well.

My name is Ruvim. I was born in Russia and lived in Ukraine for 4 years. I’ve been in Alaska since 2001. I went to UAA where I received my Dental Assisting degree in 2014. I enjoy being part of making a difference in every persons smile in dentistry! When I’m not grinding at work I love spending time with my wife and daughter in the outdoors hiking and skiing. I have a big passion for cars, including modifying and racing them as well as restoring exteriors with polish and ceramic coating. I am looking forward to meeting you at our dental family!
