After the appointment at check out we will give a treatment plan discussing the cost for any pending or needed treatment, we will take co-pays and schedule appointments at this time as well.

We’ll work with your insurance provider to determine your coverage and estimate your out-of-pocket costs. During your appointment, we’ll provide you with a detailed treatment plan, including an estimate of the total cost and your expected insurance coverage.
New patient appointments are typically scheduled for 1.5 hours to allow for a thorough examination and consultation. However, the actual appointment time may vary depending on your specific needs and the complexity of your case.
We typically have availability within a couple of days. Please contact our office to schedule your appointment.
Unfortunately, we are not open on the weekends at this time. We do not anticipate offering weekend appointments in the future.
You can find our New Patient Paperwork online on our website. Alternatively, we can send it to you via email or provide it to you upon your arrival at the office.
While we have multiple providers who are excellent at their jobs, we can accommodate your preference for a specific provider. Please let us know if you have a preferred provider, and we’ll do our best to schedule your appointments accordingly.
At this time, we require payment in full at the time of service. We do not offer payment plans.
